1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use set out the rules for the use of the website at sebizateknoloji.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Sebiza Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Sebiza Teknoloji”), which is active in the fields of structural health monitoring, earthquake early warning and disaster technologies.

Definitions. “User” means anyone who visits or uses the Site; “Content” means the articles, news, publications, images, videos, project gallery, logos, software and all other materials on the Site.
Acceptance of the terms. By using the Site, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for the purpose of giving information about Sebiza Teknoloji’s activities, products and services, news, publications and projects. Access to the Site is free of charge; however, internet connection and device costs are borne by the user. Sebiza Teknoloji reserves the right to change, restrict or remove all or part of the Site without prior notice.
3. User Obligations
The User agrees to use the Site only in accordance with the law and these Terms. In particular, the following conduct is prohibited:

4. Nature of the Content
The content on the Site is intended for general information purposes. This content does not replace an engineering report, a building safety assessment, an official warning or legal, technical or professional advice. Decisions concerning a structure or a project should be taken only on the basis of a written contract concluded between the parties and the relevant technical assessments.
5. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The design, software and database of the Site, and all text, images, videos, logos, product names and other content on the Site, belong to Sebiza Teknoloji or the relevant right holders and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Industrial Property Law No. 6769 and the related legislation. Sebiza Teknoloji’s trademarks, logos and product names may not be used without written permission. The content may not be copied, modified or republished without permission, except for short quotations made for non-commercial purposes with the source cited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sebiza Teknoloji exercises reasonable care to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate, up to date and complete; however, it gives no express or implied warranty in this regard. No undertaking is given that uninterrupted and error-free access to the Site will be provided. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, Sebiza Teknoloji cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, from decisions taken in reliance on the information on the Site, from third-party links or from malicious software infecting your device while accessing the Site. This limitation does not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence on the part of Sebiza Teknoloji.

The principles relating to personal data processed through the Site are set out in the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Text. These documents are for information purposes. Your acceptance of the Terms of Use does not mean that you have given explicit consent for processing that requires explicit consent, such as cookies or commercial electronic messages; your explicit consent for such processing is obtained separately and by a separate action, and not giving consent does not prevent you from using the Site.

Sebiza Teknoloji may update these Terms at any time. The current version enters into force on the date it is published on the Site, and your continued use of the Site means that you accept the current Terms. If any provision of the Terms is held invalid, the other provisions remain valid.
10. Governing Law and Competent Court
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. Mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules arising from consumer legislation are reserved.
